Discover the power of your healing hands and intuition. This 1-day training with Teresa includes a combination of the Western-style and the Usui Japanese style. You will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others.

This class teaches various techniques for self-improvement, including methods for physical and emotional healing, personal development, and the ability to perform Reiki sessions on yourself and others. Reiki is a gentle wellness practice that supports balance and well-being in the body, mind, and spirit.
Anyone can learn Reiki! There are no prerequisites for this class level.
As part of this class you will:
- learn how to connect with and work with Reiki energy
- help support relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural healing process
- learn techniques to further develop your intuition
- explore ways to release stress and emotional tension
- learn how to scan, sense, and become more aware of energy
- rekindle and renew confidence in yourself and your path
- become familiar with traditional Reiki hand placements for self-care and working with others
- experience thoughtfully combined lectures with hands-on practice sessions
- receive a Reiki 1 attunement to support your personal journey
- learn Japanese Reiki techniques that provide practical ways to apply Reiki in everyday life
Upon successful completion of the class, you'll be provided with:
- a student certificate
- ongoing support from Teresa as a Reiki resource
