Your Weekly Reset Experience:

Every Thursday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at Clear Flow Wellness, LLC, we gather for a simple weekly reset. You’ll be guided through meditation, sound, and gentle practices to help you feel more calm and grounded. Bring a yoga mat or blanket, a pillow, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy. A journal is optional if you enjoy capturing insights.
