Hi, I’m Teresa, founder of Clear Flow Wellness, LLC. I’m a Spinal Flow Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and Touch For Health Kinesiology Instructor, and I love helping people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel supportive, effective, and empowering.

I’m genuinely excited to share simple, powerful techniques that support the body’s natural ability to heal. I’ve seen these approaches create meaningful shifts for thousands of people, including my own family and myself, and that never stops inspiring me. These methods are accessible and easy to learn, offering a gentle “tune-up” that helps release stress, tension, and stagnant energy so the body can reset and move forward.

Through gentle, hands-on sessions and engaging classes, I support the nervous system, restore healthy flow, and remind the body of what it already knows how to do. My approach is calm, thoughtful, and encouraging, creating a space where clients and students feel safe, supported, and confident in their next steps.

Teresa began her healing journey in 2009 and founded Clear Flow Wellness, LLC  (formerly Touchpoint Therapy, LLC) in 2011. Her classes are designed with easy-to-follow techniques that leave students feeling confident in their energy work abilities, both for themselves and utilizing on others.

Sharing the incredible benefits of Spinal Flow, Reiki and Kinesiology is Teresa's true calling in life. She's passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves.
