Welcome, I’m Teresa.
Founder of Clear Flow Wellness, LLC (formerly Touchpoint Therapy, LLC)
For over 15 years, I’ve been working with people who are ready to feel more calm, connected, and supported in their own lives.
What I’ve learned over time is simple: most people don’t need more information about healing. They need space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel safe enough to listen to what their body and system have been trying to say.
That’s the heart of my work.
How I Got Here
My path has been shaped by a deep love of teaching and a curiosity about how people heal, grow, and change. Over the years, I’ve trained in and worked with multiple wellness-based approaches, including energy work, body awareness practices, and movement-based techniques.
But more than any modality, what has stayed consistent is this:
I’m here to support people in feeling more like themselves again.
Not the rushed version of themselves.
Not the overwhelmed version.
The grounded, clear, more connected version underneath it all.
What I Believe
I believe your body is always communicating with you.
I believe stress isn’t something you “push through,” but something you learn to listen to.
And I believe healing doesn’t have to be complicated to be meaningful.
Sometimes it starts with:
- a quiet moment
- a slower breath
- a space where you don’t have to hold everything together
